Banana Oatmeal Cookies
1 Mashed Banana
1/2 Cup Oats
*Mix together, ball into a cookie, bake at 350 for 8 minutes
*You can add raisins, dark chocolate chips, or nuts

Berry Apple Cinnamon Bake
1 Cup berries
2 apples, cored and chopped
3 tbsp raisins
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeag
Coconut Oil
*Lightly coat dish with coconut oil
*Mix ingridents togeter in the baking dish
*Bake at 375 for 45 minutes

Green Chicken (YUM)
1 pound chicken breast
2 tbsp oilve oil
1 leek
2 cloves garlic
1 small head of broccoli
6 kale leaves
1-2 zucchini
2 celebry stalks
1 liter of vegetable stock
handful of parskely
sea salt and pepper
*Wash & Chop all veggies
*Lightly head oil and add in leaks and garlic
*Add in vegetable stock and rest of the vegetables
*Bring to a boil and then use your blender to blend to the desried consistency (soup like)
*Pour over raw chicken and bake for 45 minutes at 350
